Dr Sneha Ninama is a highly accomplished, board-certified general surgeon and surgical oncologist who brings extensive clinical expertise and academic distinction to her practice. She holds over three years of specialized surgical oncology experience from the prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Bhopal. Driven by a commitment to clinical excellence and evidence-based care, she combines deep proficiency in advanced surgical procedures with a compassionate, patient-centred approach. Now established in Bhopal, she balances high-volume clinical practice with academic leadership, serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of General Surgery at RKDF Medical College while practicing across key healthcare facilities in the region.
In her clinical practice, Dr Ninama provides an advanced and comprehensive spectrum of surgical interventions specializing in surgical oncology, general surgery, and emergency trauma care. As a highly skilled surgical oncologist, she routinely performs complex oncological procedures including Modified Radical Mastectomies (MRM), Abdominoperineal Resections (APR), Low Anterior Resections (LAR), Wertheim’s procedures, and Radical Cholecystectomies, alongside sophisticated gastrointestinal, thoracic, and sarcoma surgeries. She is deeply expert in the planning and administration of systemic chemotherapy—including neo-adjuvant, adjuvant, and palliative regimens tailored to precise cancer staging—and routinely conducts diagnostic UGI endoscopies, sigmoidoscopies, and colonoscopies. Dedicated to comprehensive patient management, she provides precise diagnostic tissue acquisition techniques (tru-cut, punch, wedge, and excision biopsies), manages acute abdominal and gastrointestinal emergencies, and maintains extensive competence in ICU supervision, critical care, and multidisciplinary palliative care for terminally ill surgical patients.
Dr Ninama’s foundational medical expertise is built upon a rigorous academic background and specialized post-graduate training. She earned her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Yichun University, followed by a Master of Surgery (MS) in General Surgery from the Sri Aurobindo Institute of Medical Sciences, Indore. She is registered with the Medical Council (MP-16376) and has completed advanced clinical training in diagnostic endoscopy under specialized gastroenterology supervision.
